118 Residence, an iconic and luxurious 13-storey tower located in the heart of Brunei’s city centre, is home to 80 units. The building’s unique “V” shape design maximises the picturesque views of the city. The placement of the apartments within the building has been carefully considered to provide ample privacy, natural light, ventilation and breathtaking surrounding views.
The crowning glory of the building is a lavish triplex penthouse, complete with an expansive sky garden, offering unparalleled views of the city. On the ground floor, residents have access to a spacious function room, a fully equipped gym room, and an entertainment room with a projector for a truly immersive experience. The Sky Terrace, located on the rooftop level, includes viewing lounges, an open deck area, and a kiddie pool, providing an exclusive urban retreat. The infinity pool, perched overlooking the city centre, is also one of the most impressive features of this residence.
