Avenue 41, developed and owned by Luxe Development in collaboration with HOCO Agency, is a versatile facility that serves as a gathering space for the creative industry. It offers a location for a range of activities, from meetings and events to workshops. In 2018, Avenue 41 was honoured with the Good Design Award in Japan for Studio Space Branding.
The facility’s essence lies in its objective to build a bridge between the local creative industry and its community. It provides a platform for creatives to showcase their talents, network with industry professionals and collaborate with their peers, fostering a dialogue between the local creative industry and its community. Avenue 41 reflects the vision of its founders by promoting creativity and innovation within the local creative industry.
