Nestled in Kota Batu’s rolling hills, this stunning residence boasts panoramic views of Brunei River Bay. The design creates an interactive space that captures these views, with the main living areas, infinity pool, kitchen and bedrooms on the upper floor. This provides residents with unobstructed views of the bay, while the lower floor is dedicated to entertainment and gathering spaces.
The infinity pool is the heart of the residence, located in the middle of the upper floor living area with a courtyard pool deck, enabling residents to enjoy the views of the bay from multiple vantage points indoors and outdoors. Small windows along the corridor offer glimpses of the views, and skylights in the bathrooms provide natural light and support green building practices.
The residence is designed to incorporate solar energy systems, generating electricity during the day and supporting the principles of green building. With a focus on capturing and framing the spectacular views, this residence is an immersive and interactive space for residents who celebrate its surroundings.
