Perched atop a hill, K House presents mesmerising city views and lush green surroundings. The architectural concept is to merge the stunning exterior panoramas with the interior living spaces, thereby creating a seamless inside-out design. The L-shaped plan encompasses a beautiful garden, an infinity pool, a poolside deck, and an outdoor patio, all directly accessible from the living and entertainment areas. A passage from the front parking area, adorned with a water feature, leads to the main entrance and the poolside, offering breathtaking scenery of the landscape and Brunei’s CBD.
The open-plan design connects the living room, dry kitchen, dining area, and entertainment room. The bedrooms are on the first floor, with the double-height ceiling dining room allowing ample natural light into the interior space. A common walkway on the first floor offers aerial views, adding to the charm of the house.
The building exterior combines concrete panels and metal cladding, resulting in a sleek and contemporary appearance. The generous granite-paved driveway and parking area create an impressive entrance, leaving a lasting impression on visitors.
This residence is designed to strike a perfect balance between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing residents to fully immerse in the surroundings.
