The development firm boasts an in-house team of design and project management experts. The office space, spanning two floors, features an open-plan layout aimed at fostering communication and collaboration among its teams, which include those focused on design and production, project management, and administration.
The interior design incorporates chipboard as a prominent material choice for cladding and partitioning, lending a raw and unpretentious aesthetic to the space. Through thoughtful design and execution, the humble chipboard is transformed into a striking design, highlighted by the exposed concrete flooring and beams.
The office space design emphasises creating an environment that encourages productivity and creativity, serving as an attractive hub for coworking, meetings, and the exchange of ideas among team members and clients.
