The Ivy by Oya Properties is an exclusive condominium development consisting of 12 units, each equipped with modern facilities and surrounded by greenery in Sg Tilong, Brunei. From architecture to interior layouts, communal spaces, facilities, and greenery, our design and management approach prioritises enriching residents’ quality of life.
The Ivy’s architecture is centred around two main principles. The first is ensuring each unit is designed to provide ample and practical living space that caters to residents’ daily needs. The second is structuring the communal areas to be multi-functional, surrounded by lush greenery, and designed to offer residents a modern lifestyle. These communal spaces begin with a swimming pool on the ground floor and extend up to the rooftop, surrounded by planter boxes, providing stunning sunset views and a perfect setting for entertaining guests.
To maximise natural light and ventilation, each unit features large, full-height glazing panels and glass louvres. Three limited units offer residents direct access to the lift lobby, adding another layer of privacy.
From interior design to exterior property, our goal is to craft a functional and stylish development that offers unprecedented living experiences, a space that has been carefully curated to the residents’ every need.
